After confirming the items and the quantity you wish to obtain, you complete your order by choosing the desired payment method. The online store www.siganospack.gr allows payment in the following ways:
The payment methods are the following:
a) Cash upon delivery:
We accept cash upon delivery for receipt from our physical stores and for delivery to your place with our own trucks (for Heraklion customers). There is also the possibility of cash on delivery via courier with a charge of three euros (3.00 €) + 24% VAT.
Telephone confirmation of the order is required for cash on delivery payment. Also, according to the legislation there is a maximum limit on the amount of cash on delivery or cash in the amount of five hundred euros (€ 500.00).

Any wire costs are borne by the customer.
* For orders in cash or by deposit in the account of our Company, worth two hundred euros (200 €) and above, a 3% discount is provided on the total value of your order (before VAT).
c) Payment by credit or debit card.
We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
By placing your orders in our online store and completing your order, you will be transferred to the bank’s site, where in a secure environment you can fill in your credit card details. You must be present upon receipt of your order with your credit card and ID. If the order is made on behalf of a company then the credit card you use must be in the name of the company.
The security of transactions is ensured by the personal password that you are asked to enter when creating an account at siganospack.gr. In order to access any of your personal information you must first log in to your account by entering your username and password. For this reason, you should not share this information with any third party. We also advise you to create a password using symbols along with alphanumeric characters as well as change your password at regular intervals.
For purchases with your credit card you will be automatically transferred to the secure environment of Viva, where you will enter your card details. Your credit card details are in no way disclosed or kept by our Company and / or the siganospack.gr website nor is any database of credit card details kept. You should also be present when receiving your order with your credit card and ID. In this case (ie payment by credit card) it is not allowed to receive the order from a third party. If the order is made on behalf of a company then the credit card you use must be corporate.
